How is the Cancellation
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by longing at the portal or by sending an email to email@example.com. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the full amount within 10 working days. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, then it will be treated as a return.
There will be no cancellation for any services offered / registered under avedisinfosystems.com and avedislifestyle.com. However, we would consider refund only if technically feasible to cancel the service. Cancellation of service is sole and discrete authority of Avedis info systems.
How we do accept Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or accept it as a return.
Refund and cancellation apply only to the physical product that is offered under avedislifestyle.com website for home office use . But not for any data or service or support offered under avedisinfosys.com and avedislifestyle.com. Services offered under both site falls under one GST# billing system , under name as “Avedis infosystems Pvt Ltd”.
How we Refund
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days from the day of cancel or return request made. If 14 days have not yet gone since after the delivery of the order, and you fully comply with the return condition we will offer you the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a duration of 10 working days from day approved. However, there will be a deduction of up to 20 % as shipping and payment fee of original fee. So we advise you to confirm the decision on your purchase with full understanding of terms and product or service description. If there is anything we can assist you with your purchase we would love to make your purchase a best experience with us.
Debit card/Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your card-issuing bank with your queries on how their refund management policies are.
Cheque/Draft payments will be refunded in the form cheque/draft to the address for which you have registered with us within 15 working days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method which was used at the time of purchase.

Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Avedis Infosystems Pvt Ltd, which will be mailed to your billing address within 10 calendar days after of your cancellation request accepted. Please contact us for any further queries.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: From address on the product. Incase if use different couriers or methods can use the following address to send: Avedis Infosystems Pvt Ltd. Opp. Indian oil petrol pump 1st floor, Katapady NH-66 – 574105. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
We endeavour to dispatch all of our orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners DELHIVERY and by all the associated partners of DELHIVERY. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it takes about 3 to 10 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
For Customers living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 5 working days, and for the rest of India they take up-to 7 working days.
Before shipping, your shipping address & pin code will be verified with the database of our delivery partner before you proceed to pay for your purchase.
In the event case your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant’s delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Delhivery, in such cases Avedis Infosystems Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product
In case any support service offered to you other than product, we will use the best delivery mechanism to deliver service requested as per the nature of service on mutually agreed terms.

- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies by our delivery partner.
- While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
- In case of multiple order, we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our contact details or mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- Avedis Infosystems is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and by their affiliated partners for any unforeseen reason or for any reason that is unintentional. We only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within delivered time as promised during the working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
